Meet your Instructor – Lindsey Crosby is a passionate yoga teacher, farmer, and mother of two small children who has called Kelowna home for the past 8 years. She enjoys getting her hands dirty and connecting to the earth and land by growing food for her family and others on her organic peach orchard. Lindsey loves to bring the community together by sharing her beautiful space at the farm by offering yoga classes, retreats, events, weddings, or just a slow walk amongst the trees with anyone who stops by. Connecting people with their food, the land, and their bodies in a meaningful way is what truly lights her up. When she's not frollicking on her farm in Southeast Kelowna, you can catch Lindsey around the beaches throughout the Okanagan in the summertime, and in the mountains enjoying the snow and sunshine in the winter.
